Big Brother 9 Endurance Competition - New HoH Crowned - Spoilers
March 13th, 2008 HoH,The painfully long endurance HoH competition has now completed. It came down to Natalie and James. Nat looked like a sure thing to win this until she starting getting sick. Finally she started to throw up, agreed to a deal with James for protection and Matt’s protection, and then collapsed.
Big Brother Couch Potatoes has some great video captures of the final moments here.
James is the new HoH. From eviction to the penthouse, two weeks in a row (Ryan last week). Quite impressive. Congratulations to James. He earned it!

James was definately crouching and the rules says you must stay upright! I think Natalie should be HOH.

they did say that there wasn’t any crouching allowed and no sitting at first.. i don’t know about later but at first that was the rules.

Hey Matt, since you have the live feed will you get to see who james puts up at the nomination ceremony????
March 13th, 2008 at 3:36 pm
They did say no crouching at the beginning

@midge: Yes, I will post it as soon as the nom ceremony happens. You’ll be able to find it on the front page or you can always check the particular spoilers categories for nominations:

From what James said last night his targets will be Ryan, Sheila, & Adam. I’m guessing he’ll nom Ryan & Sheila with Adam as the backup nom in case of the PoV.
Noms should be announced today or tomorrow and will be posted here on the site immediately afterwards.

Sure enough, Julie says at the beginning “no crouching allowed, for now.” There was about 15 minutes between the end of the show and when the feeds were turned back on. They must have made some rule changes at that point that we weren’t privy to.

For all those upset with the recent turn of events, YOU do have an opportunity to voice yourself and sign a petition. http://www.petitiononline.com/BB9AC/petition.html
March 13th, 2008 at 6:56 pm
there is a petition going on to undo the horrible thing bb did to alex if you go to http://www.petitiononline.com/BB9AC/petition.html u can sign it they need 5000 signatures and its almost at 1000 so go over there and give bb a piece of your mind

Do you guys really think that signing a petition will help? By the time you get enough signature, then review, they will decide that the game has moved too far ahead now to do anything about it. You think they care about the petitions? No, just like our politicians.

While I did sign it I would agree that it won’t do anything. BlueFalcon in our forum had a better idea. He suggested boycotting future “America’s Vote” events on the CBS site. I’d bet they make some good money by people showing up dozens of times a day to vote over and over. Gotta hit ‘em financially to have any impact.

I think everyone should sign the petition, its up over 1500 now and they need to know we are mad about our votes meaning NOTHING!!!!
